By booking a service with Azurtours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Azurtours is a collective of independent private drivers providing transportation and tour services on the French Riviera.
2. Booking & Pickup Conditions
- Passengers must provide accurate details regarding the pick-up location and time.
- The driver will wait at the airport for up to 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time. After this period, the trip may be canceled without a refund. In case of flight delays or cancellations, the airline bears full responsibility.
- Waiting time at the hotel or pickup address is up to 15 minutes from the driver’s arrival. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
3. Luggage
- The allowed luggage must fit within the vehicle’s capacity.
- Oversized or special luggage must be reported in advance at the time of booking.
4. Behavior in the Vehicle
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
- Any damage to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the passenger and must be compensated.
5. Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: a refund will be issued minus 6% of the total amount to cover processing and transaction fees.
- Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: no refund will be issued and the full amount will be retained.
7. Liability
- Drivers are responsible for providing the service safely and professionally.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of force majeure, we reserve the right to replace the vehicle or adjust the route if necessary.
8. Additional Services
- Child seats or special requests must be communicated in advance.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
